Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a price or contact us: your name, phone, email, town, the model you're interested in and what you tell us about your site, including any photos you send. When you buy from us: billing and delivery details needed for the contract and invoice. We also receive basic technical data needed to deliver the website.
Why and on what basis
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and deliver, install and service what you buy (contract and pre-contract steps, GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To keep invoices and warranty records as the law requires (art. 6.1.c).
- To understand how visitors use the site through anonymous usage statistics, so we can improve it (art. 6.1.f).
Who receives your data
Trusted service providers that host the website, deliver and store form submissions, send email and, where needed, our crane, electrical or building partners for your installation. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; when they do, appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses apply. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data for up to 24 months. Purchase, invoice and warranty records for as long as the law requires, normally 5 to 6 years after the purchase.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it, by emailing hola@spabalear.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
