Do I pay a deposit, and when is the balance due?
A deposit confirms the order and reserves a stock unit or starts production of a made-to-order model. The balance is due on installation day, once the spa is positioned, connected and filling, and you get a single invoice with IVA shown. Terrace work agreed separately is invoiced as it is completed.
Why is your price higher than the same size of spa online?
Because it is a different thing. An online price is a box at a kerb on the mainland, plus freight to the island, plus a crane you organise, plus an electrician you find, plus nobody to call when a pump trips. Ours includes IVA, delivery, installation by our own team, handover and warranty handled in Mallorca; add those to the online figure and compare again.
Why are the extras shown as ranges?
Because a crane in Son Vida and a crane on La Mola are not the same job, and a 10 m electrical line in surface conduit costs less than one buried across a lawn. The ranges in the price builder are the real spread we see; after your photos or a visit we fix the exact figure in writing. The model price itself never changes.
Can the price change after I accept the quote?
Only if the site turns out different from what we were shown, for example a gate that measures 85 cm rather than the 105 in the message, or a base that is hollow when we tap it. In that case we stop, explain the options and agree the change with you before doing anything. We would rather lose an hour than present a surprise on the invoice.
